Scrapbooking is more than just placing photographs in an album! Often we take several photos of the same event which always creates more photos than we really need. I can help you pick the best photos, the ones that capture the feeling of the event, cropping when necessary to enhance the focus and meaning of the layout. Many photographs are just close duplicates of others and I can help you to choose the photographs that best reflect the meaning of the event.

If you have memorabilia then that can all be included on your page! If it is not of archival quality then it can be placed inside acid free protectors and attached to the layout. If you have newspaper clippings, ticket stubs etc then these can all add meaning to your memories when you look through the album.
Colours and patterns are a big part of scrapbooking and greatly influence the general feel and emotion that a layout conveys. Fun, lively photographs would look best on a fun and lively page. I try to choose colours and styles that compliment rather than overpower the photographs.
Once I have got your photographs I'll make some rough sketches and plans for each layout, and I will be in touch constantly throughout the project to ensure that the theme, colours, embellishments and design do reflect your own tastes and desires. You will be emailed a photograph of each layout as soon as it is finished so you can give me any feedback and let me know of any changes to make.
Each page in the album usually has a title or quote that represents and reflects the photos. If you cannot think of one, then I can make suggestions so don't worry about that! If you already know what you'd like the title of a page to be, or have some favourite quotes you would like me to include, then just let me know!!! Each layout will of course have my creative input, but it is YOUR photographs and I will scrapbook them according to YOUR tastes!
If you have seen a layout on this site that you like, please let me know so that I can recreate the aspects of it that you particularly like!! If you prefer clean and simple styles, or want a shabby chic feel for example, or want me to avoid certain colours, then please let me know! My goal is to create the custom scrapbook pages and albums you have always wanted, but never had the time or desire to do it yourself.
I use a simple post bound style album in a 12x12" style. The actual style of album will vary depending on availability at the time, but the majority of albums I use are similar to the photo on the left. These have a window on the front that you can use for memorabilia or a photograph, and are available in many different colours. My prices INCLUDE the cost of the albums and I will purchase it for you on receipt of your deposit, so if you want a particular colour, just let me know!
